Chef Mansi

Chef Mansi is the editorial head at the Truffle Nation baking academy. She manages all the official blogs and edits and fact-checks all our recipes. She pursued her dream of becoming a Pastry Chef at Truffle Nation academy and later started working as a Pastry Arts Chef. She has been part of the academy for six years ​

Chef Aruna

Chef Aruna is the Creative Head at Truffle nation Baking Academy. Her interest in baking started when she was young. She pursued her career in baking at Truffle Nation baking Academy itself. She's been working at Truffle Nation for the past one year, leading their official Youtube Channel. She loves working with various desserts and spends a lot of time working and figuring out new flavours and ways of making desserts.

Chef Shreya

Unit head | Executive Chef
Chef Shreya is the assistant unit head at truffle nation baking academy. She specialises in pastry arts and chocolates. She is an alumnus of IHM, Bangalore. She went on to work at restaurants like Indian accent and Comorin. Later, she did her diploma in pastry arts. She has been working with truffle nation for 1.5 years now.

Chef Sugandh

Chef Sugandh is one of our very talented Chef instructors at truffle nation baking academy. He specialises in bread and Veniosserie. After graduating from IHM Aurangabad, he has worked through various hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton and ITC. He has been a part of the team since July 2022.

Chef Rahul Rajawat

Chef Rahul Rajawat is one of the Chef instructors at truffle nation baking academy, and he specialises in chocolate and puff pastries. His love for baking began at a very young age. He pursued his career in baking and graduated from IHM PUSA New Delhi in 2018. He trained and worked in many bakeries. He loves working primarily with chocolates and puff pastries and exploring new flavours and techniques. He has been a part of Truffle Nation for one and a half years.

Chef Garima

Chef Instructor
Chef Garima is a chef instructor at Truffle Nation baking academy. She loves to experiment with flavours and entremets and spends a lot of time working on that factor. Her interest in baking started at a young age. She pursued her career in Truffle Nation itself. She's been working here for the past year.

Chef Sanjana

Boulanger | Chef Instructor
Chef Sanjana is a chef instructor at Truffle Nation Baking Academy. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce but later did a diploma in Pastry Arts to pursue her passion for baking. She is keen on bread and French Pastry and loves experimenting with eccentric flavours. She has always been intrigued by the science behind baking. Chef Sanjana has been a part of the Truffle Nation team for the past year.
