1. About Truffle Nation

Truffle Nation Pastry Academy is a professional pastry education institute operating from its campus at 133 A, Lane Number 1, near Saket, Saidulajab, Sainik Farm, New Delhi 110030. We offer in-person pastry training programs including the Pastry Chef Diploma, Baker's Certification, and Six Week Pastry Program.

2. Enrolment and Admissions

• Enrolment in any Truffle Nation course is subject to availability and confirmation by our admissions team.
• Submitting an application or enquiry form does not guarantee a seat. A seat is confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount and written confirmation from our team.
• We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.
• Students must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrolment. Students aged 16–17 may enrol with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• All information provided during the application process must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in cancellation of enrolment.

3. Course Fees and Payment

• All course fees are as published on our website or as communicated by our admissions team at the time of enrolment.
• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST at 18%).
• A non-refundable booking amount of ₹25,000 is required to secure your seat in any batch.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the course start date, unless an EMI arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• Truffle Nation reserves the right to revise course fees at any time. Fee changes will not affect students who have already paid in full or have a confirmed payment plan.
• All payments must be made through approved channels (bank transfer, UPI, or approved payment links). Cash payments above ₹10,000 are not accepted.

4. Attendance and Participation

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. A minimum attendance of 80% is required to receive a course completion certificate.
• Missed sessions due to personal reasons cannot be rescheduled or refunded individually.
• In case of extended absence (more than 5 consecutive days) due to medical or emergency reasons, students must inform the academy in writing. Truffle Nation may, at its discretion, offer make-up sessions or allow the student to join a subsequent batch.
• Students are expected to follow all kitchen safety protocols, hygiene standards, and academy rules during campus hours.
• Disruptive behaviour, harassment of fellow students or staff, or violation of safety protocols may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Certificates

• Completion certificates are issued upon satisfactory completion of the program, including meeting the minimum attendance requirement and passing any assessments or practical evaluations.
• Certificates are issued in the name provided at the time of enrolment. Name corrections must be requested before the certificate is printed.
• Truffle Nation certificates are proprietary credentials issued by Truffle Nation Pastry Academy. They are not government-issued degrees or university-affiliated diplomas.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, course materials, and recipes — is the property of Truffle Nation Pastry Academy and is protected by copyright law.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.
• Course materials, recipes, and training resources provided during programs are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed commercially.
• Students may photograph their own work during classes for personal portfolios and social media, but may not record video of instructor demonstrations without permission.

7. Website Use

• This website is provided for informational purposes about Truffle Nation's programs and services.
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Truffle Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your enrolment shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific course in question.
• We are not liable for career outcomes, business success, or earning potential after completing any program. While our graduates have achieved significant success, individual results depend on many factors beyond our training.

9. Force Majeure

Truffle Nation shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions or offer alternative arrangements.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your enrolment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action. Most issues can be resolved through a simple conversation with our team.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
