The kitchen-operations reference separates preparation, baking, packaging and storage areas. Set out the ingredients and tools for the next task before starting, and keep the packing area clear of mixing work.

Use an order board to track what needs making, finishing and dispatching. Keep cleaning, food storage and equipment checks part of the workflow rather than leaving everything until an order is ready to go.
