We offer three programs: the Pastry Chef Diploma (5 months + internship opportunity), the Baker's Certification (4 months), and the Six Week Pastry Program (6 weeks, full-time). All are in-person at our Delhi campus.

No. All programs are designed to accommodate complete beginners. The Diploma and Certification both start with a Foundational Class that gets you up to speed before the core curriculum begins.

Yes — Truffle Nation is India's only professional pastry school with a completely eggless curriculum. Every recipe, every module, every technique — entirely eggless.

All ingredients used during class sessions, access to professional equipment during class, your recipe book library, and your certificate. GST is additional.

Yes. For all programs, you can book your seat with ₹25,000. The remaining balance is due on or before your first class day. Call us to discuss your options.
