- 300g Unsalted Butter
- 200g icing Sugar
- 60ml Milk
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Cup Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions
- Add milk and icing in a bowl, mix them together until the sugar dissolves. Keep it aside.
- Beat the softened unsalted butter in a large mixing bowl until it’s light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the icing sugar and milk mixture to the beaten butter and continue mixing. Do not add all the mixture at once.
- Once the milk mixture is incorporated, add pinch of salt and mix.
- Lastly, add the rainbow sprinkles and fold them in the buttercream using a spatula once everything is incorporated.
