Ingredients
Scale
- 110 g Flour
- 120 g Unsalted butter
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 50 g Castor sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 60 g Chocolate chips

- Digital weighing scale
- Bowls and spoons
- Spatula
- Otg/oven
- Baking tray
Instructions
Method For Cookie Dough
- Heat- treat the flour in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C (it will be brown in colour ) . OTG mode: upper rod+ lower rod + fan
- In a bowl, cream butter and the sugars until pale and fluffy.
- Now add milk and vanilla essence.
- Then add heat-treated flour and chocolate chips and give it a mix.
Notes
- Do not overwork the dough as it will become sticky.
- Add milk gradually as per the consistency needed
- Do under-bake or over-bake the flour. Under-baking means the flour will be raw and over-baking will make it burn.
