The edible cookie dough tastes just the regular cookie dough you make while making cookies. It’s sweet, delicious and irresistible.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes


  • 110 g Flour 
  • 120 g Unsalted butter 
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 50 g Castor sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 60 g Chocolate chips

Equipment required:

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Digital weighing scale
  • Bowls and spoons
  • Spatula
  • Otg/oven
  • Baking tray


Method For Cookie Dough

  1. Heat- treat the flour in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C (it will be brown in colour ) . OTG mode: upper rod+ lower rod + fan 
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and the sugars until pale and fluffy. 
  3. Now add milk and vanilla essence. 
  4. Then add heat-treated flour and chocolate chips and give it a mix.


  • Do not overwork the dough as it will become sticky.
  • Add milk gradually as per the consistency needed
  • Do under-bake or over-bake the flour. Under-baking means the flour will be raw and over-baking will make it burn.
