- 150g Unsalted Butter
- 50ml Coconut Milk
- 150g icing Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat softened unsalted butter using a hand beater at medium speed. Beat until the butter turns pale and fluffy. This is the stage where maximum air is incorporated into the frosting.
- Mix coconut milk and icing sugar in a separate bowl until the sugar dissolves. Add this mixture to the creamed butter and beat again.
- Finally, add vanilla essence and salt to the frosting and give it a final mix.
Your super luscious coconut frosting is ready to use!!
