- 2 Medium-Sized Green Zucchini
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 70ml Milk
- 1/4 tsp Red Paprika Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- Panko as required
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini into thick sticks.
- In a bowl, mix milk, cornstarch, paprika powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Dip the zucchini sticks into the batter, then coat it with panko and place them on a try.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for a few minutes.
- Place the panko-coated zucchini in the air fryer basket in one single layer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Flip them halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.
- Carefully remove them from the basket. Serve with your favorite dip.
