- 120 g Heavy cream
- 80 g Cream cheese
- 80 g Icing sugar
- ¼ tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese in a bowl to smoothen it out. Make sure it isn’t too grainy after beating.
- Now, add sifted icing sugar to it and mix well. Combine until the sugar dissolves thoroughly.
- Add vanilla essence to the cream cheese and mix.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks are achieved.
- Finally, add the cream cheese mix to the whipped heavy cream and beat it until smooth.
