Vanilla Mug Cake
- 75 g All-purpose flour
- 7 tbsp Castor sugar
- 1 + ¼ tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 150 g Full-fat milk
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, i.e., all-purpose flour, castor sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, oil, and vanilla essence, to a mug and mix everything well to make a smooth batter.
- Put it for baking in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, then let it cool to room temperature.
- Once the cake has cooled, garnish it with your favorite toppings and fruits. I have used vanilla ice cream and fresh fruits like mango, blueberries, and kiwi for a refreshing treat.
