Mansi Jain’s journey towards being a pastry chef has been nothing less than a rollercoaster ride. Hailing from Delhi, she has been deeply passionate about baking ever since her aunt taught her to bake a cake at the age of 12. The magical world of baking and her love for teaching blended smoothly into making her a pastry chef instructor. From being a self-taught baker to a former Truffle nation student, all this made her accomplish what she is today. Chef Mansi Jain is currently the Head Pastry Chef at Truffle Nation Professional Academy SAKET, bringING eggless versions of the classic European Pastries to our students.

Born and Brought up in New Delhi, India after graduating from culinary school, chef Gaurav found his love in chocolates. He worked up his way and Since July 2018, he occupied the position of Chef Instructor at The Truffle Nation School, South Delhi. Chef Gaurav is currently the head chocolatier, leading all chocolate and confectionary courses at Truffle Nation professional academy.

A true believer of passion, Chef Ayushi Jain, has always strived to take her passion forward. After completing her culinary degree, chef Ayushi worked in different bakeries and found her peace with sugarcraft. Her excellence resides in contemporary cakes and comprehensive fondant work. Chef Ayushi Jain is currently working as a chef instructor at Truffle Nation professional Academy, leading our fondant sugar craft courses.

Chef Tanya Gupta

born and brought up in Jammu, Chef Tanya Gupta has always been very intrigued by the art of baking. she started her journey as a home baker in 2015. For her, things took a turn when she decided to further enhance my skills by undergoing a bakery course at Truffle Nation School, Delhi. she entered the school as a student who was passionate about baking and this passion of hers paved the way for my journey from simply being a student to becoming a chef at this institute. After completing her Diploma in baking from Truffle Nation, Chef Tanya completed her 6-month chef instructor training and is now leading all Hobby courses at Truffle Nation Baking studio
