- 300 g Unsalted butter
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 150 g Icing or confectioners’ sugar
- 60 g Strawberry puree
Instructions
- In a bowl, add cream cheese and soften it. Add icing or confectioners’ sugar in the same bowl and mix both ingredients nicely.
- In a different bowl, beat unsalted butter until its light and fluffy texture.
- Add the cream cheese and icing sugar mixture and beat again until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Add strawberry puree to the fluffy buttercream and beat again until properly incorporated.
