Position: Lead Setter
📍 Location: This is an work-from-office position in Saket, New Delhi.
👤 Reports To: Sales Manager
📞 Leads Provided: 30 new leads/day
🕰 Working Days: 6 days/week
Compensation Plan
🧾 Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month
💸 Incentives: ₹500 per booked demo
Convert just 6 leads/day (20% of 30) → Earn ₹3,000/day
22 working days → ₹66,000/month in performance pay
✅ Total earning potential: ₹25,000 base + ₹66,000 = ₹91,000/month
🎯 Bonus Structure
Streak Bonus: ₹2,000 for every 5-day streak of 6+ demos/day
Top Performer Bonus: ₹5,000 if you cross 50 demos/month
📅 Your Daily Flow
Call and follow up with all leads the same day
Update CRM with accurate notes and statuses
Coordinate with our closers for high-potential leads
