- 200g Unsalted Butter
- 140g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Take room temperature unsalted butter in a bowl and start beating it with an electric hand beater. Beat for at least 5-7 minutes or until it’s fluffy. (the colour of the butter will turn white)
- Now add condensed milk gradually while still beating the butter.
- The buttercream will become smooth and fluffy when both ingredients are mixed properly.
- Lastly, add the remaining ingredients, vanilla bean paste and salt, then beat again for some time.
- Prep Time: 5 to 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
