- 30 g Rolled oats
- ½ Eggs
- ½ Banana
- ½ tbsp Peanut butter
- 1tbsp Honey
- 1 + ½ tbsp Dairy-free milk
- ¼ tsp Vanilla essence
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
- 20 g Chopped dark coverture
Instructions
- In a blender jar, collect all ingredients: rolled oats, peanut butter, egg, banana, baking powder, cinnamon powder, honey, vanilla essence, and dairy-free milk. Leave the chopped chocolate aside.
- Blend all these ingredients well and make a smooth batter.
- Transfer the batter to a greased ramekin mould and add the chopped dark chocolate to the batter on top.
- Finally, microwave it for 1.30 minutes. You bake it in blasts of 40-50 seconds and continue as per the need.
