- 200 g Unsalted butter
- 100 g Marshmallow fluff
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 60 g Milk
- 100 g Icing sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, add room-temperature unsalted butter and marshmallow fluff.
- Mix with an electric hand beater until they are thoroughly incorporated, and the texture is light and fluffy.
- In a different smaller bowl, mix icing sugar and milk together.
- Add milk and icing sugar mixture to the beaten butter, along with vanilla essence and salt.
- Beat all of it together until fully incorporated and has a soft peak.
- Prep Time: 5 to 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 to 15 minutes
