- 120g Unsalted Butter
- 100g Cream Cheese
- 75g Icing Sugar
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 Drop of Yellow Gel Color
Instructions
- Mix lemon juice and icing sugar in a bowl, then set aside for further use. Make sure the sugar dissolves completely in the lemon juice.
- Beat unsalted butter in a large mixing bowl using an electric hand beater. The speed should be at a medium pace. Beat it until it’s fluffy.
- Now, add cream cheese to the butter and beat again till both of them get thoroughly mixed.
- Gradually add the lemon juice and icing sugar mixture to the cream cheese-butter mixture and beat. Add lemon zest and beat again when this is done.
- Lastly, add in yellow gel colour and mix well.
