- 200 g Erythritol sugar
- 300 g Unsalted sugar
- 2 tbsp Almond milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Grind erythritol sugar in a grinder until it turns into a powder sugar-like texture.
- In a bowl, beat unsalted butter with an electric hand beater until it is nearly white and fluffy in texture.
- Add sifted erythritol sugar in batches to the beaten butter while beating the butter continuously.
- Add the milk, vanilla essence, and salt to the mixture and beat again until the ingredients are fully incorporated, and the frosting is fluffy and light.
