- 6–8 White Bread Slices
- 40g Butter
- 10g Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 20g Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 20g Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
- 20g Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1/8 Tsp Paprika Powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soft butter and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix all three cheeses and paprika powder (optional) in a different bowl.
- Now take a slice of bread and spread coriander butter on both sides,
- Place the cheese mixture, and place another buttered slice of bread on top.
- Place it in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.
- Carefully remove it from the basket and serve it with your favorite soup or dip.

- Cook Time: 10 to 12 minutes
