50 g Castor sugar
50 g Brown sugar
80 g Condensed milk
3 (medium size) Egg yolk
100 g Butter
1 tsp Vanilla essence
100 g Shredded coconut
80 g Chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a heavy-bottom saucepan, add castor sugar, brown sugar, condensed milk, and egg yolk, and cook them on low heat until both the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add in butter, and vanilla essence and keep stirring until the mixture starts to boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat, and then fold in chopped pecans and shredded coconut.
- Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down completely.

- Cook Time: 12 to 15 minutes
