- 120 g Melted Salted butter
- 50 g Castor sugar
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 90 g Heat-treated All-purpose flour
- 20 g Natural cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 60 g Chopped Dark couverture chocolate
Instructions
- In a bowl, take salted butter and completely melt it in the microwave.
- Once the butter melts, we’ll add both the sugars, i.e., castor sugar and brown sugar, and mix.
- Now add in vanilla essence and mix.
- We’ll now sift heat-treated flour and natural cocoa powder into the above mixture and mix. You can watch the heat-treated flour tutorial in our YouTube Edible Cookie Dough tutorial.
- Now we’ll add milk to give it a brownie batter-like appearance, and you can add a little bit more batter for a flowy consistency.
- Lastly, add the chopped dark couverture chocolate and give it a final mix. You can chill the dough before serving if you want to.
Our Edible Brownie Batter is now ready! You can make it fun by topping it with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts!
