- 200 g Unsalted butter
- 150 g Cream cheese
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 110 g Castor sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Mix Sugar and Cream cheese first so that the sugar gets mixed well into the frosting. Keep this aside.
- Now, use an electric hand beater to beat unsalted butter in a mixing bowl. Whip until the butter gets light and fluffy.
- Add the cream cheese and sugar mixture along with salt and vanilla essence and beat to incorporate everything properly.

- Cook Time: 5 to 10 minutes
