- 300 g Dark couverture chocolate
- 190 g Condensed milk
- 30 g Butter
- 40 g Chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp Natural cocoa powder or as required
Instructions
- In a bowl, melt dark couverture, condensed milk and butter together in a microwave. Stir the mixture in between to avoid burning. Mix to get a homogenous mixture.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts and mix well. Let it cool down a bit.
- Prepare a 6-inch square ring by cling-wrapping it twice.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared square ring and spread it evenly. Keep it in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
- After 4 hours, remove the cling wrap and run a heat gun on the outside edge of the ring.
- Remove the ring and cut it into nine equal square pieces using a sharp and warm knife.
- Lastly, dust natural cocoa powder on top.
