- 200g Unsalted Bbutter
- 100g Icing Sugar
- 170g Dark Couverture Chocolate
- 40g Cocoa Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- In a bowl, take chopped dark chocolate and melt it using a microwave. Heat it in blasts of 20-30 seconds, stirring in between.
- Once the chocolate has melted, keep it aside to cool down.
- Meanwhile, start beating softened unsalted butter in a large mixing bowl using an electric hand beater. Beat until it’s fluffy.
- Now, add sifted icing sugar and beat again.
- Further, add sifted cocoa powder and salt. Continue beating to incorporate all dry ingredients.
- Lastly, add the cooled melted chocolate and give it a final mix.
Your luscious chocolate fudge frosting is ready!!
