- 130 g Unsalted butter
- 170 g Cream cheese
- 85 g Icing sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
- In a bowl, soften cream cheese. Make the cream cheese smooth and lump-free.
- In another bowl, beat unsalted butter using an electric hand beater. Beat until it gets light and fluffy.
- Next, add sifted icing sugar to the butter in batches. Mix until the sugar dissolves.
- Fold in the softened cream cheese and vanilla essence and beat till everything is thoroughly combined.
