- 100g Unsalted Butter
- 80g Brown Sugar
- 100g Icing Sugar
- 30g Fresh Cream
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Add brown sugar and fresh cream in a bowl and mix properly.
- Beat softened unsalted butter in a separate bowl using an electric hand beater. Beat until it gets light and fluffy.
- Add the brown sugar and cream mixture and beat it. Ensure that it gets mixed thoroughly.
- Sieve the icing sugar and salt and add it to the beaten butter. Continue beating until everything gets incorporated well.
- Lastly, add vanilla essence and give it a mix.
