This 7-day, 21-hour mastercourse introduces you to a wide range of foundational as well as artisanal breads. This twenty one hour intensive course will enable you to open your own boulangerie!
This mastercourse covers over 15 types breads: Baguettes, White Bread Loaf, Brown Bread, Focaccia, Garci Bread and 10 additional breads from other parts of the world.
You do not have to bring anything for the course, all ingredients, equipment and baking gear will be provided to you at the school. Moreover, you get to take everything you bake home with you!
