Duration: 2.5 Months
This is the only course you’ll ever need to take for starting your own bakery business in India.
In this 3 month diploma course you’ll learn the science, art and math behind baking everything from cookies to 4 tier wedding cakes except the 5 week European Pastry Arts Course that’s only included in our Baker’s diploma course.
You do not have to bring anything for the course, all ingredients, equipment and baking gear will be provided to you at the school. Moreover, you get to take everything you bake home with you!
Each Batch learns a new set of travel cakes. You’ll be notified of the new cakes being taught in the next batch at the time of registration.
