This is the quintessential easy to make buttercream for the milk chocolate lover. Since melted or softened milk chocolate seems much sweeter than the original bar, we have added half the milk chocolate’s weight in bittersweet chocolate to compensate.
Milk Chocolate 100Gm
Dark Chocolate 100Gm
Unsalted Butter 100Gm
Melt both the chocolates in two different bowls. In a new bowl beat the butter until it turns soft and pale. Now slowly Pour in the melted chocolates and whip until you get a nice creamy velvety Frosting.
